Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance. More than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and may require rescheduling at my discretion. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, a 25% service fee will be charged to the card on file and you will forfeit your deposit. There may be some exceptions for emergencies - so please reach out to me if you have any questions!
